I am kind of in the same boat, vegetarian not eating like I should, you’ve deff inspired me to look at what I should be eating more carefully, Its just not worth it, and isn’t giving you healthy benefits anyways.

WOW Amy, your skin has improved SO much. You look so fantastic and you are so happy and just glowing! Congratulations!
Just a quick question, do you find that your skin still reacts ‘hormonally’ i.e. you get worse breakouts once a month? Or has the diet helped to reduce that?
