im not doing any …
im not doing any specific excersizes just tensing up the facial muscles then holding it for a few then releasing i do it about 2 or 3 times a day

im convinced that …
im convinced that facial excersizes realy work ive been doing it for about 3 months now and i can deffinatly see an improvement even others have noticed and asked me what am i using on my skin it looks alot more toned and firm of course i didnt tell anyone im making these strange funny looking faces to get the results lol
