Hey, I use it every second day because thats when I wash my hair. So about 4 times a week. I used to wash it everyday because it was so dry and would go curly, but now since I am using this remedy It still is smooth, soft and straight the next day. I am guessing as its natural with no added chemicals in it you can use it as many times.

Hey I used a hot towel. But lately I have not been putting a towel and just putting the olive oil and coconut oil and leaving it in my hair for a couple of hours. Some days I leave it on over night. It still works the same. Hope this helps

hey im not the maker of this vid but you do this like you would deep condition your hair and that is once or twice a week and you wrap ur head in a hot towel.. the subtitles are wrong its actually hot coz that way the oils can better penetrate the hair… but i find when i do an oil treatment my hair is really greasy so i usually have to wash it off with shampoo afterwards… hioe that helped

i have been trying …
i have been trying this remedy for two weeks now and have noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. It is so much softer, shiner and it has grown a bit. I know hair normally grows an inch a month or something, but my hair takes forever to grow, and this has made grow a bit more faster. I can notice it. I have always had really short hair and for the first time in years i am growing it long and the coconut and olive oil have really helped the process a lot. Thanks Noopur for this awesome tip.
