thanks, that’s sweet! I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and a vegan for the past 3 years, so i know about all the alternatives, it’s just an extra hassle! I just moved to a small town in the midwest for grad school, and the grocery stores don’t have much other than boca burgers and tofu as far as vegan alternatives go, so…i’m just bummed that i have to make all the extra effort of preparing food and going out of my way to get tempeh and seitan, etc…
