that fish oil you recommended is it better if you take spoonfuls of fish oil or just in tablet form ..
oh and ive been taking codliver supplements from boots but i dont know if thats enough as im not really a fish eating person

For the lotion mask, you make your own. I use 100% Pure Aqua Boost Serum and Muji unbleached cotton squares in the large size. I’m going to make a video on how to do it soon, and Chizu shows how to do it in her Japanese Skincare Revolution book.
