hi! i really love your videos! i have a question about using coconut oil on the face. so i got my extra virgin organic coconut oil to see if it would help with my ACNE. i read many reviews on how its a great oil to use as an acne elimanator? so ive been using it on my face only at night time, but instead of eliminating my acne i think it made it worse :’( is that normal? will it really help with my acne or what? :/ please if you have any advice i would really appreciate it!

does the bottle or jar has to say cold pressed, organic coconut oil? i just bought one and it just says 100% coconut oil, not cold pressed nor organic. would it be ok to eat? i bought it for hair
