am i at risk of getting skin cancer if i nottice freckiles and beauty marks on my body after tanning?
if ppl often get freckles frm the sun, or beauty marks, does that mean we have a higher chance of getting skin cancer?

You have a greater chance of getting cancer from tanning. The more you tan, the more damage you do to your skin. The tan represents burning of the tissue and is not a good idea.
