i want to be come a dermatologist so i can help people with they skin , in health and beauty, i am 30 and dont want to west time any more, please can u direct me in the right bath , where to go and what to study?

A dermatologist is a medical doctor and it would take many years to become one!

I just went through a really bad break out and even though it’s clearing up nicely now, I’m curious to hear what other teens use on their face.
What products do you use and how frequently? What is your routine? Any home remedies like masks, scrubs etc?
What are your tips and how do you deal with pimples or other blemishes?

tips:
-find our what your skin type is if you don’t already know
get into a good skincare routine:
-cleanse, i use neutrogena’s oil free acne wash(do this twice daily)
-tone, i use the body shops soy toner(do this once daily)
-moisturize, i use neutregena’s spf 15 moisturizer(do this twice daily)
-exfoliate, i use st.ives apricot scrub(do this twice weekly)
-mask, i us st.helenes mint julepe mask(do this once a week)

eat healthy foods!

skin loving foods:
-fish
-leafy greens
-fresh fruit

stay away from:
-caffeinated beverages
-foods with glucose

be active every day, studies show that active people have clearer skin then those who aren’t.

I am looking for some exfoliation remedies for my very dry skin (especially my legs) because regular lotion, oil, etc. doesn’t seem to be doing the trick fully. I am also looking to see if anyone knows any good tricks/ideas for hair growth and breakage. Any random beauty tips are appreciate also! Thanks.

i don’t know where you live, but if you have a sally’s beauty supply near you, i got it there, or you can just follow the link and have it shipped to you.

also, i found that when i used avacado(crushed with olive oil…has to be ripe). that really helped too.

To all the nutritionally competent people here, do you know what specific foods or drinks would improve and beautify the skin?

Whole foods, especially plenty of fruits and vegetables. Limit or eliminate caffeine (can make your skin dry), alcohol, and smoking, all can make your skin look older and dryer than it should. Breathe deeply as often as you can (you’ll have to remind yourself frequently until it becomes habit), get plenty of exercise. Lots of water.
